The Basics About "Vortex Community" Forum

Rules and Regulations

The use of this site constitutes your agreement and acceptance to the rules governing this Vortex Community of forums.
In the event that you disagree with any Vortex Community rules - you can be denied access at the digression of the administrative staff.

1. RESPECT
        SIMPLE CONCEPT - Respect everyone at least a little better than your own parents. We are not here to offend, insult, or belittle others. Let's share thought's, idea's, and solution's on a civil level.
    

2. MEMBERSHIP PECKING ORDER.
       
    Admin
      The Owner or possibly in the future the main owner representative
     Charter Moderator
      These are the main moderator's who have to be from the Charter Member list. These people are those who have been with this site since BEFORE it's launch. These are the people the admin will most likely side with no matter what.
     Other Moderator's
      These people run the day to day moderating of the forums. There are several levels of moderators. Each one has the full respect of the admin.
   Charter Sponsor's
      The Charter Sponsor's on this site are those who have been with this forum since before it was launched. These sponsor's have a special place and are rarely regulated when it comes how, when, where, or how much they want to promote their business here.
     Charter Member's
      These are the honored friends of this site. They joined our site before it's start. These are the site owner's family and friends.
   Sponsor's
      These member's are the strength of the knowledge base and/or the financial base of the site. They help make this site tick.
     Member's
      These are the core of our site. They are the pulse of this site! If you want to be welcome on these forum's - DON'T harass these people. The admin and moderator's can and will permanently ban you from this site if you do! (READ and LIVE RULE ONE)
    

3. Contest Judge's.
        All contest judging will come from:
   1) The member who's contest suggestion was used.
   2) Award and/or Prize Provider's.
   3) Charter & Non Charter Sponsor's & Charter Members.
   4) All other Members.
    

4. Advertising and Self Promotion
        Other than in the business forum any advertising must be approved by the admin. It's that simple!
     When advertising terms have been met you will be considered a sponsor. Even if you just donate $10.00 with the PayPal Donate Button - you become a sponsor for a month.
     As a sponsor you can pick which forum you want to be a sponsor of and we will add you URL as a sponsor link. We can work out the terms for just about any reasonable terms in sponsoring.
